MARNI SPRING-SUMMER 2011 CATWALK

26th September, Via Alserio, Milan

Amazing catwalk. A dive in the summer. A mix of geometry, flowers and at last paillettes. Light blue, yellow and red t-shirt and short trousers. Comfortable flat sandal and feminine high shoes. Aviator hat, ready to leave. However, the fusion technical/fashion is very similar to Miu miu collection '08 and the famous Marni jewels aren't very present. Anyway, very Consuelo's style, fancy, researched and eclectic.

Guess and Marni staff were beautiful and homogeneous, dressed coloured dresses, high shoes and particular accesories, like rucksack, hat and sunglasses.

For spring-summer 2011 my favourite designers propose stripes. Unusual stripes, mix with print, like ba-na-nas and mon-keys. Large stripes, blue like the see. Orange-blue-white stripes, a play with colours. This is summer!
